Business Analytics & Treasury (Manufacturing)

As a Financial Analyst at our company, your role will involve supporting various department heads in creating growth plans during the Annual Business Planning process. This will include analyzing cash flow, revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures for budgeting and forecasting purposes. It will be crucial for you to ensure that budgets are effectively communicated across all departments. Additionally, you will be contributing to financial due diligence for M&A/partnership initiatives and assisting in the analysis of strategic projects or capital expenditure proposals. Working closely with the Market Intelligence team, you will gain insights into market trends and assist in building business plans through projections and analysis. Your key responsibilities will include: - Collecting and analyzing business performance data from different teams - Preparing business performance reports and reviewing them with relevant stakeholders - Reviewing financials for all locations and subsidiaries, providing insights and warnings as necessary - Ensuring compliance with established controls for inventory and work-in-progress (WIP) cost accounting - Assisting in closing books by identifying financial gaps and helping implement corrective measures - Supporting the Product & Portfolio management team in reviewing product pricing for profitability - Implementing governance measures for pricing control and conducting quarterly reviews on inter-company transfer pricing with subsidiaries - Managing financial risks across business units by implementing governance mechanisms - Providing necessary information for external audits and reviewing budget variances to suggest corrective measures Your qualifications should include: - Qualified CA with a minimum of 2 years of experience in business analytics and treasury from a chemical or manufacturing industry In addition to the above responsibilities and qualifications, you will have the opportunity to review Financial Planning & Analysis processes periodically. This will involve identifying areas for improvement and automation to reduce cycle time and enhance reporting capabilities.,
