Business Analyst/Domain Expert GIS, Telecom

You will be serving as the in-house expert on GIS, telecom networks, LiDAR processing, and geospatial workflows. Your primary responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements from telecom operators and GIS stakeholders. You will be translating these requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and spatial process flows. Collaboration with GIS analysts and telecom engineers will be essential to ensure accurate data mapping and representation. In this role, you will define 3D modeling and feature extraction needs for LiDAR and point cloud datasets. It will be crucial to align development efforts with GIS best practices and telecom industry requirements. You will also identify and define requirements for spatial analysis, network optimization, and AI automation. Creating and executing test cases for GIS, point cloud, and telecom-specific use cases will be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be engaging with clients through workshops and validations to ensure solution alignment. Maintaining clear documentation of functional specs, use cases, and spatial design artifacts will be necessary for effective communication and project management.
