Business Analyst Healthcare Provider Domain Experience: 9 to 13 years (relevant) Notice Period: 030 days (Immediate joiners preferred) Work Mode: Hybrid Work Type: Contract Role Overview: We are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong expertise in the healthcare provider domain, including EMR/EHR systems, HIS modules, patient experience platforms, and value-based care models The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AI/RPA transformation programs for healthcare clients and will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, Key Responsibilities: Engage with business stakeholders to understand needs and define solutions, Gather, analyze, and document requirements, Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams, Support validation, testing, and rollout of solutions, Required Skills & Qualifications: 10+ years as a Business Analyst in healthcare provider/hospital settings, Deep knowledge of EMR/EHR systems and HIS modules (Clinical, Patient Management, RCM), Experience with patient engagement platforms and value-based care, Proven track record in AI/RPA transformation projects, Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, Proficient in Agile methodologies (user stories, backlog grooming, sprint ceremonies), Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence, Preferred Qualifications: Experience in digital health transformation (AI/RPA), Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or CSPO, Knowledge of FHIR, HL7, and healthcare interoperability standards,
