Business Analyst with Loan IQ

As a Business Analyst with expertise in Loan IQ, your main responsibility will be to provide analysis and support in commercial lending and financing accounting, front-office trading transformation, and play a crucial role in change management processes. Your role will involve eliciting business requirements from various stakeholders, documenting clear business and functional requirements, configuring Loan IQ, defining accounting mapping for lending activities, creating test plans and scripts, and presenting project impacts to both business and IT users. You will be managing scope and requirements throughout the project lifecycle, providing end-user training, and ensuring that the application meets business needs. To be successful in this role, you must have operational knowledge of Loan IQ, experience in complex lending businesses, the ability to gather and document requirements effectively, and strong analytical skills. Additionally, having prior experience with data migration or integration projects, good written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams are highly desirable.
