Job Description

As a Business Analyst with Genesys Cloud IVR at FIS, you will play a crucial role in planning and coordinating technical projects from initiation through delivery. Your responsibilities will include managing project initiation activities, ensuring alignment of internal technology projects with operational standards, developing and executing project plans, interacting with cross-functional teams, and more. With your 5-10 years of experience, you will be creating functional requirements based on business/client/end user needs, designing interface documents and call flows, scripting in Genesys Cloud IVR, identifying business strategies, and re-engineering processes to optimize results. Your expertise in working on large and complex projects, leading meetings independently, communicating effectively with engineers, sizing development efforts, and reporting project status will be invaluable. Additionally, familiarity with voice components, contact center practices, FIS products, and financial services industry will be advantageous.
