Role Overview:

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our operational and strategic decisions by analysing +complex datasets, supporting financial assessments, and building dashboards and models that drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to data-backed decision-making across our educational products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze large volumes of operational, learner, and performance data to generate actionable insights
• Support financial and operational analysis to aid in planning, budgeting, and forecasting
• Develop dashboards and reports using

  Power BI

  (including

  DAX

  ) to visualize key business metrics
• Build analytical models in

  Excel

  and

  Python

  to support strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with business and academic teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analyses
• Identify trends, patterns, and correlations across various data sources to inform decision-making
• Translate complex data findings into clear business narratives and recommendations

Required Skills & Experience:

• 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role
• Strong mathematical and statistical foundation
• Proficient in

  Python

  for data manipulation and analysis
• Hands-on experience with

  Excel

  (advanced functions, pivot tables, models)
• Strong proficiency in

  Power BI

  , especially

  DAX

  for custom calculations
• Demonstrated ability to work with

  large datasets

  and relational databases
• Good understanding of

  financial analysis

  concepts (budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
