Job Title: Business Analyst Experience: 35 years Location: Hyderabad Company: Varsity Edification Management Pvt Ltd Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping our operational and strategic decisions by analysing +complex datasets, supporting financial assessments, and building dashboards and models that drive business outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing to data-backed decision-making across our educational products and services. Key Responsibilities: Analyze large volumes of operational, learner, and performance data to generate actionable insights Support financial and operational analysis to aid in planning, budgeting, and forecasting Develop dashboards and reports using Power BI (including DAX ) to visualize key business metrics Build analytical models in Excel and Python to support strategic initiatives Collaborate with business and academic teams to understand data requirements and deliver relevant analyses Identify trends, patterns, and correlations across various data sources to inform decision-making Translate complex data findings into clear business narratives and recommendations Required Skills & Experience: 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role Strong mathematical and statistical foundation Proficient in Python for data manipulation and analysis Hands-on experience with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, models) Strong proficiency in Power BI , especially DAX for custom calculations Demonstrated ability to work with large datasets and relational databases Good understanding of financial analysis concepts (budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, etc.) Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills ability to present insights to non-technical stakeholders
