As a UX-Focused Automation and AI Consultant / Solutions Designer at Cognizant, you will be part of a dynamic team originating from a startup environment and rapidly expanding. The team is dedicated to streamlining digital processes by integrating Intelligent Automation, AI, and user-friendly interfaces. Your role is crucial in enhancing efficiency by utilizing your analytical skills and innovative mindset to actively support our clients" growth journey. Your expertise in UX will be instrumental in identifying business challenges, crafting comprehensive automation solutions, and ensuring they generate tangible business value. **Responsibilities:** - Take ownership of developing customized automation solutions for enterprise clients, serving as the key point of contact for deliverables, timelines, and budgets throughout the entire project lifecycle. - Act as the main technical and strategic advisor for our clients, fostering long-lasting relationships that transcend individual projects. - Translate user requirements into intricate wireframes, mockups, and user stories that lay the foundation for our automation solutions. - Collaborate with developers to oversee the implementation process, guarantee alignment with the design concept, and evaluate user adoption and business outcomes post-launch. Your responsibility extends beyond design assets to encompass the overall success of the solution. **Qualifications:** - Over 6 years of experience leading enterprise projects where Business Analysis and UI/UX design converge significantly. - Proficient in user-centric design principles with a mastery of wireframing and prototyping tools. - Enthusiasm for client-facing interactions: understanding needs, proposing solutions, and establishing meaningful connections. - Demonstrated capability to assume full accountability for project success, including managing intricate timelines, risks, and client communications autonomously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to elucidate complex technical and design concepts to diverse audiences. Knowledge of German is a bonus.
