Business Analyst Trainee

You will be joining Binary Semantics, a client-centric global software development company that offers IT services, Consulting services, and Knowledge services across various industry segments including Automobiles, Manufacturing, FMCG, Technology, Insurance, Travel, Hospitality, and B2B Publishing. With global operations in USA, Canada, Europe, and India, we utilize our strong technology expertise and deep industry knowledge to provide customized solutions and services. As a Business Analyst Trainee, your role will be based in Gurgaon with a 5-day work week at the office. Your primary responsibilities will involve partnering with stakeholders across business units to develop analyses and documentation collaboratively. You will be expected to evaluate, analyze, and communicate systems requirements regularly, maintaining systems processes and delivering monthly status reports to all relevant parties. Additionally, you will be responsible for authoring and updating internal and external documentation, as well as initiating and delivering requirements and documentation. Daily systems analytics will be conducted by you to maximize effectiveness and troubleshoot problems efficiently. To qualify for this role, you must be a fresher with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science along with an MBA. Proven analytical abilities are a must, along with excellent communication skills enabling you to translate data into actionable insights. Knowledge of data visualization will be considered a plus for this position.,
