Business Analyst

Role Overview: As a candidate for this position, you should have 5-7 years of relevant experience. In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of data management, data solutions development, stakeholder management, project management, documentation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Data Management: You will be tasked with collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to derive actionable insights. - Data Solutions: Your role will involve developing and managing Advanced Analytics solutions, including designing BI Dashboards, Reports, and digital solutions. - Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements. - Project Management: Lead and manage Data and Advanced Analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. - Documentation: Create and maintain documentation, such as design specifications and user manuals. - Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend digital solutions. Qualification Required: - Experience with Databricks for big data processing and analytics. - Strong skills in SQL for database querying, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing (DWH). - Ability to develop design documentation by translating business requirements into source-to-target mappings. - Experience in Power BI and Qlik Sense; a development background is advantageous. - Familiarity with Azure services for data storage, processing, and analytics. - Knowledge of data fabric architecture and implementation. - Expertise in Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data integration and orchestration. - Proficiency in using Power Platform tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Virtual Agents. - Understanding of AI tools and frameworks to develop predictive models and automate data analysis.
