Business Analyst (Post sales)

You are a dynamic and detail-oriented Technical Business Analyst with expertise in both pre-sales and post-sales processes and a solid understanding of MEAN and MERN stack technologies. As the ideal candidate, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between clients, sales, and technical teams to ensure successful solutioning, requirement gathering, and project execution for full-stack web and mobile application development. In the Pre-Sales phase, you will collaborate closely with the sales team to comprehend client requirements and propose technical solutions based on MEAN/MERN stack technologies. Your responsibilities will include creating project proposals, effort estimates, SOWs, wireframes, and functional flow diagrams. You will conduct discovery calls, product walkthroughs, and translate business needs into clear technical documentation. Additionally, you will actively participate in RFP/RFI responses and develop solution blueprints for pitching. During the Post-Sales phase, you will act as the primary point of contact between the client and the development team to clarify technical and functional requirements. Your tasks will involve preparing BRD, FRD, use cases, user stories, and workflows. You will conduct gap analysis, risk assessment, and contribute to sprint planning. Working closely with UI/UX, developers, QA, and project managers, you will ensure successful project delivery. You will also assist in UAT coordination, demo sessions, and feedback loops to align the final output with client expectations. Your role requires a good understanding of MEAN (MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, Node.js) and MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React, Node.js) stacks. You should be familiar with RESTful APIs, database structures, and client-server architecture. The ability to read and interpret front-end and back-end code is considered a plus. Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Postman, Figma, and Lucidchart is essential. In addition to technical skills, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and client interaction skills are crucial for this role. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is preferred. You should be capable of working independently and managing multiple client engagements effectively. This is a full-time position offering benefits like paid sick time and Provident Fund.
