You will conduct budget and PA business reporting carrying out raw data pulls, analyzing product offer across various parameters, creating slides, maintaining dashboards, and being familiar with key clients, experts, products, CCO's etc. to support the development of the commercial pipeline and internal operations. You'll engage with a variety of data domains including financial, operational, people, and marketing datasetsto deliver high-quality reports and dashboards. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, a passion for working with numbers, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights using Excel, Powerpoint and other tools. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with Insurance Practice Area leadership and operations teams to gather data requirements and provide analytics support Translate business requirements to database queries in SAP Business Objects and extract the relevant data required for analysis Manage and deliver reporting needs, using relevant data tools/environment within company Analyze financial, operational, people, marketing, and other business datasets to support decision-making and future strategies Work with internal reporting systems, including tools like Business Objects, Alteryx, and CRM databases Access and query databases to extract structured/unstructured data for analysis Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, pipeline, and metrics Prepare clear and concise reporting outputs, presentations, and summaries Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and accuracy in data and reporting processes Provide ad hoc analytical support for internal initiatives and special projects Qualifications: 25 years of experience as a business analyst or in a data analytics focused role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and charting Experience working with reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and/or CRM platforms is strongly preferred Demonstrated ability to work across a broad range of data types, including financial, operational, people, and marketing data Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with high attention to detail Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly A collaborative mindset and the ability to operate effectively in a global, virtual team Preferred candidate profile 2+ years experience with excellent communication skills and Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation, pivot tables, and charting, Experience working with reporting tools such as Business Objects, Tableau, and/or CRM platforms is strongly preferred Please share your resume on alpa_jain@persolkelly.com.
