Job Description

As a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in cybersecurity and network security, you will be joining our team in a regulated enterprise environment. Your role will involve working as a bridge between technical security teams and business stakeholders to ensure security requirements are effectively embedded into projects. **Core Responsibilities:** - Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for cybersecurity and network security projects. - Collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders to align security solutions with business needs. - Apply cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) to projects and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. - Support Agile delivery by assisting product owners with epics, user stories, and backlog refinement. - Translate complex network security concepts into clear, business-friendly language. - Produce business process models, artefacts, and documentation in line with project requirements. - Assess and articulate risk exposure in regulated environments (e.g., GDPR, CCPA). **Must-Have Skills & Experience:** - Proven track record in Business Analysis and Systems Analysis in large, regulated environments with a strong focus on requirements lifecycle management. - Solid understanding of security concepts, controls, and architectures with experience applying NIST, ISO 27001, and CIS frameworks. - Ability to effectively communicate technical security topics to business stakeholders through excellent written and verbal communication. - Experience in Agile/SAFe environments such as Scrum and Kanban, providing strong support for product owners and backlogs. - Knowledge and experience in regulated industries, preferably financial services, with an understanding of GDPR, CCPA, compliance, and risk. - Availability to join within 15-30 days, with immediate joiners being preferred. **Good-to-Have Skills:** - Practical knowledge of network security technologies including firewalls, VPN, IDS/IPS, proxies, zero-trust, and cloud networking security. - Familiarity with threat modeling or penetration testing outputs from a Business Analyst perspective. - Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel. - Exposure to automation of Business Analysis artefacts and reporting. As a Business Analyst with expertise in cybersecurity and network security, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the alignment of security solutions with business needs in a regulated enterprise environment.,
