Job Description

Designation: Business Analyst Experience: 3 to 6 Yrs Skills: Business Analysis, Insurance Property & Casualty, US Market Location: Gurgaon/Pune/Bangalore/Noida Job Description: Key Requirement for the Position: o Exposure to the IT industry and understanding of SDLC (Agile/Scrum, Waterfall). o Should have some experience as a Business Analyst and exposure to BA tools (MS-Office, Dev Ops, JIRA, Prototyping/Flowchart tools, etc.) o Insurance domain (P&C) experience. (Understanding of US markets and products is an added advantage). o Experience of managing international (US/European) clients is an added advantage. Additional Skills: o Strong communication (fluency in written and verbal communication in English). o Excellent time management and planning skills with the ability to learn and adapt quickly and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. o Analytical thinking, problem solving and result oriented thinking. o Capacity to work independently as well as in a team. Important Highlights: Total experience as BA: 3-6 years of experience as BA in Insurance (P&C). Primarily involved in Implementation Life cycle or Support Life Cycle Hands on experience in P&C insurance: Must have, it would be beneficial if handful experience in all three or any of these (Policy, Claims and RI) Hands on experience in Lloyds market and London market speciality insurance: Must have Specific tools: SDLC process and tools knowledge is sufficient Look for the below experience as mentioned is BA experience, excluding any testing or ops experience Location: Noida, Gurugram, Pune & Bangalore Notice Period: Any Skills: Very good understanding of Lloyd's Market of London as a business analyst Experience of working in Product development and Product Support Sound understanding of Lloyds Market Policy, Claims, Xchanging Messages, Re-Insurance, General Ledger System Experience of working with Requirement analysis and end to end flows with clients and internal teams Ability to comprehend inputs and elicit the requirements and present to stakeholders Experience in running month end processes on legacy applications Ability to work with REST Api’s using Postman / Swagger and SQL Server analysis Excellent communication & comprehension skills, experience of working with multiple internal and client stakeholders Experience in leading Support teams for P1, P2 and P3 support, ITIL certification will be preferred Exposure to Agile methodology and Scrum practices Expert in creation of Status Reports, Dashboards, Schedule, and Estimates Open for short term and long-term travel as per business needs
