Role Overview: As a skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the Life Insurance sector and excellent communication skills, you will be responsible for working closely with clients and technical teams to gather business requirements, analyze processes, and support the development of solutions. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that business needs are clearly understood and addressed, offering support in technical aspects, and maintaining strong documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and prepare process documentation. - Manage and work with insurance applications, demonstrating a solid understanding of insurance processes and systems. - Ensure alignment of goals and expectations with business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Analyze data from databases using SQL to support reporting and decision-making. - Familiarize yourself with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall. - Seek certifications from the Insurance Institute of India to enhance your skills and knowledge. - Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Qualifications Required: - Hold a degree in Business, IT, or relevant fields. - Possess previous experience working in the Life insurance industry, including areas such as New Business, Claims, Policy Servicing, Agency, Reinsurance, and Group Policies. - Have a basic familiarity with gathering requirements and preparing process documentation. - Showcase hands-on experience in managing and working with insurance applications. - Demonstrate 3-6 years of experience in the Insurance Industry.
