Business Analyst Life & Annuity

You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Life Annuity Insurance domain, including working closely with business users. Additionally, you should possess knowledge of platform and product configuration skills, with at least 2 years of experience in product configuration on a platform. It is important to be able to configure business requirements and processes into the product, particularly in core policy modules such as new business policy administration, claims, and integration with peripheral systems. Having excellent interpersonal communication skills is essential for this role, along with being proactive, detail-oriented, and a critical thinker. You should be able to demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving, multitask on projects, and effectively prioritize tasks. Experience working in Agile methodology is also preferred. As part of your roles and responsibilities, you will work closely with business users to understand their requirements, translate these requirements into solution designs, and coordinate with developers to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet user expectations. You will also need to understand user requirements, map them to the solutions being built on the platform, and participate in requirements elicitation sessions with business subject matter experts to gather details of user stories, functional testing scenarios, and solution acceptance criteria. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and validating detailed functional specifications, as well as having end-to-end experience of the project lifecycle.
