Business Analyst, Lead

As an Operations Business Analyst at Lam in the Global Products Group, you will be at the forefront of spearheading process improvement initiatives. Your role will involve leveraging your data expertise to collect and analyze data using various Business Intelligence (BI) tools and apps. By developing metrics and identifying root causes through data-driven indicators, you will pave the way for future improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing cross-functional project teams, communicating team progress, and sharing best practices to uphold operational excellence at Lam.
