Job Description

Role & responsibilities The key responsibilities are: 1. Managing all India Quote tracker region wise funnel creation; periodic regional quota and actual achievement analysis and other reports as required by PI Lead. 2. Directly responsible for PI quote to order conversion for South region 3. Tender submission (all India) by co-ordinating with quote management team (SOM) 4. Customer issues resolution by collaborating with internal stake holders 5. Establishing and maintaining effective relationships with customers via email, phone, and in-person. 6. Coordinating and arranging client events, meetings, appointments, and conferences. 7. Assisting with the preparation of presentations and pitches for prospective clients 8. Providing effective administrative support, 9. Travel less than 20% Preferred candidate profile The PI (Per-Incident) Business Coordinator reports to and supports India PI Lead in monitoring PI Quote backlog on pan India basis. This role coordinates with PI quote follow-up teams including Service Sales Engineers in managing, analyzing the data on all India and region-wise basis; aiding in implementing quote to order conversion strategies and identifying customer requirements to grow PI service support business. This is done in complete coordination with PI lead in alignment with regional PI strategy.
