Business Analyst Investment Management

As a Business Analyst in our company, your role will involve: - Liaising with business users to gather and analyze requirements - Collaborating with the internal technical team when necessary - Working closely with other teams and team members - Identifying areas of improvement in business operations and suggesting suitable enhancement plans - Participating in business planning meetings to prioritize needs and set goals - Analyzing business challenges and risks, and devising mitigation strategies To be successful in this role, you should have: - 2 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in an investment management company or a technology company serving the investment management industry - Previous experience as a software developer for 1 to 2 years, with a good understanding of SDLC and various software development frameworks (an added advantage) - Strong work ethic, ability to work under pressure, manage time effectively, and work with minimal supervision - Excellent analytical skills and leadership qualities to progress into leadership roles - Proficiency in written communication, verbal communication, and presentations Educational Requirements: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science or Finance If you are looking for a challenging role that leverages your expertise in the investment management domain and technology, and if you possess the qualifications and skills mentioned above, please email a copy of your CV to apply for this position.,
