We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst / UX Designer to support the design and delivery of an Internal Developer Platform (IDP) built on Spotify Backstage.
- Collaborate with the Product Manager and engineering teams to gather and document requirements for the IDP.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to identify developer pain points and process gaps.
- Translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for Backstage components like catalogs, dashboards, and request forms.
- Document Azure provisioning workflows and functional specifications.
- Partner with developers and UX teams to ensure usability and consistent design.
