Internship Roadmap & Responsibilities
Stage 1: Functional Mastery & Knowledge Synthesis (Month 1)
The first month focuses on deep-diving into the Odoo ecosystem and building your foundational expertise.
- Comprehensive Training: Master core modules including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, HRMS, Finance, and Manufacturing.
- Knowledge Synthesis : To solidify your understanding, you will produce:
- Educational How-To Guides: Detailed articles explaining standard ERP workflows.
- Functional Walkthroughs: Recorded video demonstrations of key Odoo modules to showcase features.
- Business Use Cases: Initial research papers on how ERP solves industry-specific pain points.
- Assessment: Based on exam scores and the clarity, accuracy, and professional quality of the content produced.
Stage 2: Requirement Mapping & Strategic Documentation (Month 2)
Apply your knowledge to assist in the project lifecycle while building Infintor's authority.
- Functional Documentation: Assist in drafting Business Requirement Documents (BRD), User Stories, and Process Flowcharts for live projects.
- Thought Leadership: * Detailed Case Studies: Analyze real-world business scenarios and document the Problem vs. Solution architecture.
- Module Spotlight Videos: Create high-impact video content focusing on advanced ERP features (e.g., Automated Landed Costs or Multi-level BoM).
- Strategic Blog Articles: Write technical blogs that highlight the business advantages and ROI of digital transformation.
Stage 3: Independent Solution Design & Performance Review (Month 3)
Demonstrate your ability to work as an independent Consultant.
- Independent Prototyping: Configure workflows within the ERP to solve specific business problems.
- Authority Building : * Advanced Solution Whitepapers: Deep-dive case studies on complex integrations and custom business logic.
- Client-Ready Tutorials: Create final-stage user manuals and video training assets for end-users.
- Industry Insights: Write analytical articles on emerging trends in the ERP and AI-automation space.
- Evaluation: Final assessment based on solution design quality, independent handling of modules, and the professional impact of your content portfolio.
Stipend & Career Growth
- Month 1: This is a training and assessment phase. No stipend or compensation is provided for the first month.
- Month 2 & 3: Upon successful and exceptional completion of the first stage, candidates will be eligible for a stipend of 10,000 INR per month.
- Career Opportunity: Outstanding interns will be considered for Permanent Positions within Infintor Solutions.
Requirements
- Education: MBA, B.Tech, or a Degree in Business/Finance/Information Systems.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to break down complex business processes into logical workflows.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English skills (mandatory for international client documentation).
- Technical Interest: A strong interest in ERP systems (Odoo), digital transformation, and business consulting.

- In the event that a candidate's performance is deemed unsatisfactory during the training or internship period, their engagement will be discontinued immediately. In such cases, no compensation will be provided.
