Business Analyst - Integrations & Shared Services

You will be joining EG as a Business Analyst with 5-8 years of experience in the Integration & Shared Services team in Mangalore. As part of the EG IT Enterprise Solutions team, your role will involve being the connective tissue between business, applications, and platforms. You will analyze and simplify cross-functional processes, document integration flows, and help the teams implement changes efficiently across various platforms like NetSuite, Salesforce, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, and Profisee. In this role, you will: - Analyze and optimize end-to-end business processes across Shared Services - Capture requirements and translate them into clear epics/user stories - Design and document mappings for MuleSoft-based integrations - Support AI/automation use cases with business case framing - Coordinate cross-team delivery and ensure operational readiness Your key responsibilities will include: - Map, analyze, and optimize end-to-end business processes - Capture requirements and translate them into clear epics/user stories with acceptance criteria - Design and document mappings for MuleSoft-based integrations - Support AI/automation use cases with business case framing - Coordinate cross-team delivery and ensure operational readiness Qualifications required for this role: - Solid business process analysis & mapping skills - Understanding of CRM, ERP, ITSM, Master-Data, and ETL tools - Agile delivery familiarity and tooling experience - Strong written/verbal communication skills You will be working with a cross-functional group of integration specialists located in Denmark and Poland, managing integrations across key business platforms. Your work will involve collaborating with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and System/Application Architects to deliver secure and scalable integrations vital to EG's Nordic business operations.
