This role involves gathering and analyzing requirements from underwriters, brokers, claims teams, and finance departments to define clear functional specifications for digital platformssuch as policy administration systems, underwriting engines, and broker portalsensuring alignment with product lifecycle workflows, pricing models, and compliance standard.
