Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business needs, analysing processes, and delivering data-driven recommendations and reports to stakeholders. He / She will have to work closely with cross-functional teams to support business improvements, enhance efficiency, and drive strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Work with Bank & stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements. Conduct detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
Analyze the current business processes and identify areas for changes / improvement.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making.
Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement solutions.
Develop user stories, process flows, and use cases for product development.
Prepare clear Functional Specification Document (FSD) based on the business requirements Coordinate internally with team members for meetings and status updates.
Facilitate meetings, presentations, and workshops with stakeholders.
Support testing, implementation, and training efforts.
Monitor project progress and measure solution effectiveness post-implementation.
