Key Objective of the Job:

Candidate shall demonstrate strong leadership, IT project management experience. Person should be will utilizing people skill and project management skills to analyze business problems, design operational process, implement solutions, and empower the organization to meet short-term and long-term business goals.
This also requires leadership initiatives in implementing industry best practices to ensure that the solutions are compliant to all stakeholder requirements. Thorough and proper IT Service Management for Problems, Changes and Incidents are necessary for a successful implementation and operations.

Major Deliverables:

• Effectively manages risks related to IT deliverables, offer impartial expert guidance aimed at the agreed business outcomes and collaboratively establish countermeasures, while ensuring adherence to the established project change management process.
• In-charge of creating, monitoring, and adjusting of IT-related budget and detailed schedule with the Technology Head, incorporating issues or risks.
• Establishes efficient work planning and provide effective technical guidelines to the assigned vendor for each IT activity and ensure optimal allocation of resources to project and to meet the deadlines. Monitors the project compliance with established standards and agreed timeline.
• Provide inputs for continuous improvement of the company and the team's processes and systems to attain KPI targets. Presents recommendations for important decisions that need to be made, which have major impact to projects being handled.
• Outline clear roles and responsibilities within project for team members to ensure clear allocation of responsibilities and execution of project within aeed budget and timeline.
• Outline key contract terms including SLAs on quality, timelines and close monitoring on payments.
• Ensure that all deliverables, whether software, hardware, processes, products or business change are fit for purpose, meet all relevant requirements and are effectively transitioned to support the business.
• Should be representing in all Monthly and weekly system reviews done by Management.
• Should be responsible for closing all Audit points and queries related to the project during Internal and External Audit.
• Should create project management plan for the team and ensure the KRAs are evaluated based on that.
• Overlook Production support.

Specialized job competencies:

• Having strong fundamental and functional understanding of Home Finance, LAP and Mortgage Products and experience in Customer Onboarding and Loan Origination systems, is a must.
• Should be well versed with SDLC and Agile Process.
• Should have atleast intermediate technical knowledge of IT applications and Database.
• Working knowledge of APIs and service-based architecture.
• Should have managed medium to large size team.
• Should have headed atleast 5-6 complex projects and atleast 1 project of LOS implementation from scratch.
• Should have team building skills.
• Project Management and Leadership skills.
• Should have knowledge of Change Management, User Management etc.
• Should have strong formal communication and presentation skills.

Desired Experience:

• More than 12 Years of experience in IT domain specifically in Banking and Finance
• Relevant experience of atleast 6-8+ years in Home Finance and LAP business
