Job Description

Minimum 5 Years (Candidates with less than 5 years of experience, relocation requirements, or notice period above 5 days will not be considered)

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements to support product development and process improvement.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Manuals, and API documentation.
  • Collaborate with product managers to capture user needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  • Work closely with technical teams to understand system capabilities, constraints, and implementation details.
  • Create process flow diagrams, mock-ups, and wireframes using tools such as MS Visio, Draw.io, or similar visual tools.
  • Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria for development teams.
  • Review, edit, and proofread documentation to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
  • Ensure all documentation follows established company guidelines and maintains a consistent structure for ease of use.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and QA to ensure alignment on requirements and deliverables.
  • Support API documentation using tools like Swagger or Postman, ensuring clear communication between business and technical stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst with strong documentation and requirement-gathering skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Word and Excel, with excellent attention to detail and organization.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience in creating process flow diagrams, mock-ups, or visual documentation (MS Visio, Draw.io, or equivalent).
  • Familiarity with API documentation tools such as Swagger or Postman is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
