Job Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated Business Analysts with at least 1 year of experience to join our freelance team and contribute to impactful, data-driven projects. In this fully remote role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, support data transformation, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Write clean, efficient code for data processing and transformation tasks
Debug and resolve technical issues in collaboration with development teams
Evaluate and review code and documentation to ensure quality and compliance
Gather and document business requirements and translate them into actionable insights

Required Qualifications

1+ year of experience in Business Analysis or a related role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication
Understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall)
Familiarity with data tools and scripting languages is a plus
