Role Overview: We are looking for a Manager Business Analytics to lead a high-impact team focused on data modelling, data engineering, and operational efficiency transformation. This is a leadership role that sits at the intersection of business analyses, technology, and business innovation. The role goes beyond traditional analytics. You will champion cutting-edge tools including generative AI, discover and implement new data models using our own proprietary knowledge, and build proprietary data models using infoAnalyticas own mind maps, data maps, and knowledge frameworks. As a key voice in the organization, you will help shape data strategy, governance, and tech adoptiondelivering direct impact for global customers and the business. This is not a technical business analyst role. Were looking for someone who can solve specific business and customer challenges by applying our in-house know- how, years of domain intelligence, and the right use of technology. Key Responsibilities: ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Lead the Business Analytics team, providing strategic direction, mentorship, and oversight on all projects. Build and manage data as a corporate assetidentify, enrich, and utilize both legacy and new data sources to drive results. Design and implement advanced data models, reusable pipelines, and systems that are efficient, scalable, and value-driven. Drive discovery and implementation of new technologies (including generative AI) to automate processes, accelerate delivery, and improve decision-making. Partner with tech, data and SDR teams to translate business and functional requirements into robust data architectures and solutions. Define and execute our data acquisition and engineering roadmapspanning governance, storage, access, standardization, and exploitation. Use visualization systems to communicate insights, trends, and performance across teams and to leadership. Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and cross-functional collaboration around data and technology. Act as a data evangelist within the company, ensuring alignment across business needs and strategic outcomes.

Requirements:
¢ ¢ 4+ years of experience in data-intensive roles, including leadership or managerial exposure. Proven ability to manage and execute complex data projects and deliver measurable business impact. ¢ ¢ Hands-on familiarity with data engineering, modelling, and libraries Experience with or strong interest in generative AI tools, data automation, and tech- led process redesign. ¢ ¢ Understanding of data lifecycle management, data governance, and self-service data access. Strong communication and stakeholder management skillsable to engage with both technical and non-technical audiences. ¢ ¢ Strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a problem-solving orientation. Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities.
