To support our exceptional teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we are seeking a Business Systems Analyst - IT based in Chennai. Reporting to the Manager, the role involves: - Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, writing specifications, and collaborating with the Enterprise Architect and Solution Manager to meet customer and site requirements. - Determining necessary system improvements, overseeing their correct implementation to meet customer needs. - Assisting in defining methods and procedures for new assignments. - Drafting functional and technical specifications for developers. - Utilizing skills to advance company objectives and principles and achieve goals through creative and effective means. - Addressing complex issues requiring an in-depth evaluation of variable factors in situations or data. - Deploying Flex standard applications. - Communicating work progress and all relevant information accurately and promptly to the Team Lead and Project Manager. The ideal candidate will have: - A relevant educational background in Information Technology or Computer Science. - At least 5-7 years of experience as an analyst working on deployment in a Baan5, Infor LN, or other ERP environment. - Expertise in ERP systems, logistic processes, and supply chain within the manufacturing industry. - Ability to excel in projects with tight timelines and manage a small team of key users. - Basic SQL knowledge and familiarity with business applications. - Willingness to travel 1-2 times a month to countries such as China, Taiwan, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, India, etc. - Strong communication and presentation skills.
