Business Analyst Digital Sales

As a passionate and detail-oriented Business Analyst, your role in the Digital Sales team involves working closely with cross-functional teams like Sales, Operations, and Collections to improve processes, analyze data, and enhance system efficiency. If you enjoy solving business problems and driving impact through data, your expertise would be valuable in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Gather and document business/system requirements (BRD, FRD) and collaborate with IT/development teams. - Manage and monitor daily BAU operations in LOS/LMS to ensure data accuracy and smooth functioning. - Track and manage project deliverables to ensure timely completion. - Extract and analyze financial and operational data to assess business performance. - Work with multiple teams to identify and implement process improvements. **Skills & Qualifications:** - Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field. - 03 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in Data Analytics. - Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI, JIRA, or other visualization/project tools is a plus. - Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.,
