Business Analyst - Customer Life Cycle

As a skilled and analytical Business Analyst with 5 years of experience, you will be responsible for supporting initiatives across the Customer Life Cycle (CLC) including acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, and churn management. Your primary focus will be leveraging data-driven insights to enhance customer journeys and optimize business strategies. Your key responsibilities will include analyzing and mapping end-to-end customer life cycle stages to identify pain points and opportunities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, Sales, and Support to design and implement improvements. Additionally, you will define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and churn. You will be expected to translate business requirements into functional specifications and support the development of customer-centric solutions. Conducting customer segmentation and behavior analysis to drive personalization strategies will also be part of your role. Creating detailed documentation (BRDs, FRDs, user stories, workflows) for business and technical teams and facilitating workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations will be essential tasks. To excel in this role, you should have 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in customer-focused domains. A strong understanding of Customer Life Cycle stages and related metrics is crucial. Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau is required. Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot would be advantageous. Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills are a must. A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or a related field is required, with an MBA being preferred. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work at the specified location.,
