Job Description

As a Finance Professional, you will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis. Your role will involve developing and managing the financial planning process, including budgeting and forecasting. You will analyze financial data to provide insights on business performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Additionally, you will monitor and manage costs to ensure financial efficiency across business units, as well as identify cost-saving initiatives to enhance profitability. Your responsibilities will also include preparing financial reports, performance dashboards, and variance analyses for senior management. - Support the reporting unit SPOC to ensure accurate performance in adherence to Nokia policy and process - Provide basic analysis and reports to support decision-making for Cost Owners and stakeholders - Support SPC/SHR calculation and Fixed Production Overheads controlling - Ensure actual control of target and cost control for countries/areas/units under your responsibility - Conduct end-to-end Cost Center controlling activities and perform preventative quality controls - Assess resource utilization levels and take necessary actions if needed - University or college degree in finance/accounting/economics - 5+ years of experience in Services Controller/OPEX Controller/Business Controller, preferably in the Services/Telecom industry - Fluent written and spoken English - Good knowledge of common finance & accounting concepts; experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills Nokia is committed to innovation and technology leadership across mobile, fixed, and cloud networks.
