Business Analyst (Banking experience, Rotational shift)

As a Business Systems Analyst at FIS, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Digital One platform for large financial institutions. Your main responsibilities will include: - Eliciting, analyzing, communicating, and validating business/user requirements/defects for processes, policies, and information systems - Translating business needs/end-user requirements/defect tickets into functional specifications - Formulating and defining system scope and objectives through research and fact-finding - Devising or modifying procedures to solve complex problems considering capacity and limitations - Identifying and documenting business strategies, objectives, and drivers - Analyzing and documenting business processes and metrics to identify improvement opportunities - Influencing business partners and service providers regarding priorities Qualifications required for this role: - 6+ years of business systems analysis experience, preferably in Banking Solutions - Knowledge of Data mapping, Python test cases, and SQL database is an added advantage - Ability to work in multiple Rotational shift timings (APAC/EMEA/US timings) - Proficient in writing test plans and test cases to ensure changes meet client needs - Strong analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, team, and time management skills - Experience in calculating/estimating costs and benefits of alternative actions or solutions - Effective communication skills, both verbal and written - Added bonus if you have experience in the Financial Technology industry Joining FIS offers you: - An exciting opportunity to be a part of the World's Leading FinTech Product MNC - A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities - Professional education and personal development possibilities Please note that FIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information processed to provide services to clients.
