Key Responsibilities:

Work with stakeholders to gather and document functional and non-functional requirements.
Analyze existing banking processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Support project planning, UAT, and change management activities.
Coordinate with developers, testers, and architects to ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements relevant to the banking sector.

Required Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the banking/financial services domain.
Strong understanding of banking operations (e.g., lending, payments, compliance, risk).
Experience in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and process mapping.
Proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
