Job Description

You will support the bank in achieving customer advocacy by eliciting, analysing, and documenting business and system requirements that link to the overall domain strategy. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills in research, understanding technology trends, and ensuring business needs are translated into actionable deliverables for feature teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Elicit, analyse, refine, and document functional and non-functional business requirements.
Capture, validate, and translate business operations and objectives into clear requirements aligned with strategic principles.
Support feature teams in writing business requirements, user stories, and epics using appropriate techniques.
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and assist platform/feature teams in executing test scenarios and cut-over activities.
Interact with stakeholders and customers to obtain and document requirements for technology solutions.
Analyze technical specifications to break down requirements into small, testable, and releasable elements.
