Experience as an IT business Analyst in Capital Markets post trade (Settlement and Risk) domain in IT companies or Financial organizations
Experience in preparing BRS of Functional specifications User Stories, Test Plans Test Scenarios Acceptance criteria Test casesExperience in Functional Testing, test planning and test executionResponsible for ensuring appropriate test coverage and execution for various test cyclesMaintain defect logs publish testing reports to all stakeholders and track defects to closureExperience in Integration testing system testing and beta testing using manual and automated test scenarios and test casesGood understanding Agile process including testing methodologies and business impact analysisGood communication and presentation skillsExperience in clearing settlement and risk systemsThrough understanding of capital markets domainAwareness of margining and risk computations for trading post trading systems Business requirements analysis and documentation Functional testing using Manual and or Automated testingExposure to industry leading products used by exchange or brokers such as Calypso, Murex, Nasdaq, Broadridge or settlement solutionsAgile MethodologiesExperience in real-time position monitoring systemsExperience in Functional Solution designChange Management or Transformation .
