What You'll Do

• Own the business analysis lifecycle for AI/ML-powered solutions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to map current workflows and identify gaps.
• Apply BPM tools and methodologies to re-engineer and optimize processes.
• Develop high-quality documentation : business cases, process flows, requirements, and use cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Data Science, IT, Ops) for seamless delivery.
• Drive user training, change management, and adoption strategies.
• Define and track KPIs to assess ROI and solution effectiveness.
  

What You Bring

• Bachelor's in Business, MIS, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in tech-driven environments.
• Strong command of BPM tools (Visio, BPMN) and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Practical knowledge of AI/ML applications in business workflows.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
