Business Analyst - ALO

Job Description

• Act as an interface between business of airline and IT team of IBS, documenting the business requirement and translating to the Detailed Requirement Specification or Business Use cases as needed by the system analyst/technical team.
• Ensure the validity and completeness of the business requirement from the customer and processes when building new components.
• Review Business Use Cases, process diagrams and other artefacts related to product definition
• Act as the industry expert for iFlight product suite
• Review and mentor the business team towards the goal of excellent business solutions
• Validate the non-functional requirement (NFR) created against NFRs required for a typical airline operations system
• Suggest or help the team to achieve viable solutions for complex business functionalities
• Lead the pre-sales activities of the product
