Business Analyst - AI & Enterprise Solutions
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our AI and Digital Transformation practice, serving as the critical bridge between our technical teams and business stakeholders. This role involves leading requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design for AI-powered enterprise solutions, with a particular focus on procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Requirements Management
- Interface directly with client stakeholders to understand business processes, pain points, and transformation objectives
- Conduct comprehensive discovery sessions and workshops to elicit, document, and validate business requirements
- Translate complex business needs into clear functional specifications for AI and automation solutions
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment between business vision and technical implementation
AI Project Delivery
- Support the implementation of AI-powered procurement automation solutions including intelligent document processing, automated vendor management, and predictive analytics
- Collaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to ensure business requirements are properly addressed in solution design
- Develop use cases and user stories for AI features within enterprise systems
- Create process maps and solution blueprints for AI integration with existing ERP landscapes
ERP & Process Analysis
- Analyze current state procurement processes and identify opportunities for AI-driven optimization
- Document AS-IS and TO-BE process flows, highlighting areas for intelligent automation
- Assess integration requirements between AI solutions and Oracle Fusion or other ERP platforms
- Support change management initiatives by developing training materials and conducting user sessions
Solution Design & Documentation
- Create detailed functional specifications, data mapping documents, and integration requirements
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses for proposed AI solutions
- Prepare test scenarios and support UAT activities
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including requirements traceability matrices
Client Engagement & Travel
- Travel to client sites across UAE and potentially Saudi Arabia for requirement gathering, workshops, and solution presentations (up to 30-40% travel)
- Lead client presentations and demonstrations of proposed solutions
- Build strong relationships with client teams and serve as a trusted advisor
Required Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in enterprise software implementations
- Proven track record in ERP-related projects, preferably in procurement, supply chain, or finance modules
Technical Skills
ERP Experience (Required):
- Hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Portal, or related modules) - strongly preferred
- Alternative ERP experience in procurement modules (SAP Ariba, SAP MM, Oracle EBS, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.) will be considered
- Understanding of P2P (Procure-to-Pay) business processes
AI & Analytics Knowledge (Preferred):
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business contexts
- Experience with process mining, RPA, or intelligent automation projects
- Understanding of data analytics and visualization tools

- Experience in Oil & Gas, Construction, or Government sectors
- Knowledge of UAE procurement regulations and compliance requirements
