Job Description

The Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in leveraging artificial intelligence (AI) technology to drive business insights and industry value. The desired candidates will have 2-5 years of experience in AI, and exposure to the Energy sector is preferred. They will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to support strategic decision-making and industrial AI solutions. Experience 2-5 years of experience in the Artificial Intelligence industry Preferred experience in the Energy domain, specifically in Renewables or Transmission & Distribution Roles and Responsibilities Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and identify opportunities to apply industry AI solutions Analyze large datasets to extract valuable insights and trends related to energy production, distribution, and consumption Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify AI opportunities in the Energy domain Translate complex data and findings into clear and actionable recommendations for business leaders Communicate effectively with business teams to drive AI solution insights Stay updated on the latest AI technologies and industry trends to continuously enhance AI solutions within the Energy sector Education Qualification Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field Certification Required Certifications in AI, Machine Learning, or Data Analytics are preferred Behavioral Skills Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail Strong problem-solving, visualization and critical thinking abilities Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Adaptability and willingness to embrace new technologies and methodologies Technical Skills Understanding of programming languages such as Python, R, or Java Familiar with AI/ML frameworks and Business Analytics tools Understanding of Energy (Renewables or Transmission & Distribution) sector concepts and challenges is preferred Non-Negotiable Skills Knowledge of statistical analysis and data visualization techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
