Responsibilities

• Lead guided tours for individuals and groups, providing insightful commentary and engaging narratives.
• Coordinate logistics for tours, including transportation and scheduling visits to various attractions.
• Maintain knowledge of local history, culture, and attractions to enhance the tour experience.
• Ensure the safety and comfort of all guests during tours.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide assistance to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Promote and sell tour packages and additional services to guests.
• Gather feedback from participants to improve future tours.
• Adapt tours based on the interests and needs of guests, ensuring a personalized experience

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Tourist Escort or in a similar role in the travel and tourism industry.
• Strong knowledge of local attractions, history, and culture.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage groups and maintain a positive atmosphere during tours.
• First Aid certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
