𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄 Bullspree is seeking a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱 who can architect, design, and build scalable consumer web and mobile platforms from the ground up. You will work closely with the CTO and founders, leading technical decision-making, system design, development, and in-house team building to execute the long-term product roadmap. This is a 𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀-𝗼𝗻, 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲, 𝗶𝗻-𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲 role — perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex engineering problems, owning the entire tech stack, and building from scratch. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 • Lead the architecture and development of a scalable financial learning platform with web and mobile frontends. • Collaborate with founders, CTO, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using modern technologies and cloud infrastructure. • Manage, supervise, and review technical delivery from outsourced vendors and build an in-house team over time. • Own and ensure the platform’s reliability, performance, and security. • Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle including deployment pipelines, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and cloud infrastructure. • Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical governance. 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in scalable, distributed systems. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot application development. • 2+ years of production-level experience with PHP + Laravel. • 2+ years of working experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). • Strong expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs. • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases — MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra. • Sound understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube, etc.). • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes/ECS. • Solid debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills. • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute. 𝗕𝗼𝗻𝘂𝘀 𝗣𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁𝘀 (𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲) • Hands-on experience in mobile development (Flutter, Android — Kotlin/Java). • Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka/RabbitMQ. • Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). • Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). • Knowledge of IT Security principles and best practices. • Prior experience in a fintech/edtech startup or high-growth environment.
