You will work closely with the CTO and founders, leading technical decision-making, system design, development, and in-house team building to execute the long-term product roadmap. This is a ๐ต๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐-๐ผ๐ป, ๐ณ๐๐น๐น-๐๐ถ๐บ๐ฒ, ๐ถ๐ป-๐ผ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฒ role โ perfect for someone who thrives on solving complex engineering problems, owning the entire tech stack, and building from scratch. ๐๐ฒ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐๐ฝ๐ผ๐ป๐๐ถ๐ฏ๐ถ๐น๐ถ๐๐ถ๐ฒ๐ โข Lead the architecture and development of a scalable financial learning platform with web and mobile frontends. โข Collaborate with founders, CTO, and product teams to translate business needs into technical solutions. โข Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance applications using modern technologies and cloud infrastructure. โข Manage, supervise, and review technical delivery from outsourced vendors and build an in-house team over time. โข Own and ensure the platformโs reliability, performance, and security. โข Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle including deployment pipelines, CI/CD, testing frameworks, and cloud infrastructure. โข Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and technical governance. ๐ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ๐ฎ๐๐ผ๐ฟ๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐พ๐๐ถ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐๐ โข 6+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong foundation in scalable, distributed systems. โข 5+ years of hands-on experience in Spring Boot application development. โข 2+ years of production-level experience with PHP + Laravel. โข 2+ years of working experience with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.). โข Strong expertise in designing and developing RESTful APIs. โข Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases โ MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, Cassandra. โข Sound understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, SonarQube, etc.). โข Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes/ECS. โข Solid debugging, optimization, and performance tuning skills. โข Bachelorโs/Masterโs degree in Computer Science/Engineering from a Tier-1/Tier-2 institute. ๐๐ผ๐ป๐๐ ๐ฃ๐ผ๐ถ๐ป๐๐ (๐๐ผ๐ผ๐ฑ ๐๐ผ ๐๐ฎ๐๐ฒ) โข Hands-on experience in mobile development (Flutter, Android โ Kotlin/Java). โข Experience with event-driven architectures using Kafka/RabbitMQ. โข Exposure to multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure). โข Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.). โข Knowledge of IT Security principles and best practices. โข Prior experience in a fintech/edtech startup or high-growth environment. ๐ช๐ต๐ฎ๐ ๐ช๐ฒ ๐ข๐ณ๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ โข Opportunity to work closely with founders and shape the future of financial learning. โข Ownership, autonomy, and freedom to influence tech choices and architecture. โข Dynamic, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial work environment. โข Competitive compensation and performance-linked incentives.
