Bulk Sales & Logistic

Key Responsibilities

A. Sales & Business Development

• Manage bulk product sales across assigned regions and sectors.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements within company policies.

B. Logistics & Supply Chain Management

• Plan, schedule, and oversee bulk dispatches through tankers, trailers, or containers.
• Ensure seamless coordination between production, warehousing, and transport teams.
• Optimize transportation routes and resource utilization for cost efficiency.
• Manage third-party logistics vendors, evaluate performance, and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Monitor delivery schedules, turnaround times, and service quality metrics.

C. Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all logistics operations adhere to company safety policies and government regulations.
• Oversee documentation, permits, and compliance requirements related to bulk transport and handling.
• Conduct regular safety briefings and audits in coordination with the EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) team.

D. Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with internal departments—Sales, Operations, Finance, and Compliance—to ensure smooth execution of orders.
• Track and report sales performance, freight costs, and logistics KPIs.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for operational efficiency and customer satisfaction

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹9,924.11 - ₹35,814.48 per month
