Role Overview: We are seeking aBusiness Development Manager Project Salesto drive sales in the Hyderabad region. The role will focus on developing business witharchitects, builders, contractors, consultants, and project management firms, with the goal of securing orders and strengthening Buildstars presence in South India. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads and build strong relationships with architects, developers, contractors, and consultants. Identify project opportunities inresidential, commercial, hospitality, and institutional sectors. Drive sales for flooring, decking, cladding, and door divisions. Present Buildstars solutions throughpitches, BOQ discussions, and product demos. Prepare and negotiate proposals/contracts, ensuring closures within timelines. Track sales pipelines, maintain client databases, and report regularly on performance. Support regional leadership in achieving quarterly and annual billing targets. Qualifications: Graduate inEngineering (Civil/Architecture/Construction) or Business/Marketing. 5-8 years ofB2B sales/project salesexperience in building materials or related industries. Strong network of architects, designers, and contractors in Hyderabad is a plus. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
