Roles and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff, security personnel, and housekeeping teams.
Ensure routine maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural systems.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and resolve issues proactively.
Oversee cleanliness, landscaping, and general upkeep of the property.

Ensure adherence to safety protocols and building codes.
Prepare reports and update management on building status and operational needs.
