You will be responsible for coordinating with Architects/ Consultants to prepare Municipal drawings and finalize plans for submission to Statutory Authorities. Your role will involve working closely with architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical consultants to ensure smooth site work operations. Additionally, you will coordinate with RCC and Interior Services consultants at different project phases. You will be required to develop specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and estimate resources needed for work activities. Team management, coordination, and supervision of project work and contractors will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should possess creativity, innovation, and a strong understanding of building norms, material specifications, and market costing. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other designing software is essential. Keeping updated with the latest market trends and technological advancements in the field of Architecture is crucial for this role. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
