Project Architect

As a Project Coordinator in our company, your main role will be to coordinate with the Architects/ Consultants for the preparation of Municipal drawings and finalization of plans for submission to Statutory Authorities. You will also be responsible for coordinating with various consultants (architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, RCC, Interior Services) to ensure smooth functioning of site work during different project phases. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and estimate sizes, distances, time, costs, resources, or materials needed for work activities. - Managing teams, coordinating project work, and supervising contractors and vendors contributing to projects. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Creativity and innovation with a thorough knowledge of building norms, material specifications, and market costing. - Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, and other designing software. - Keeping updated with the latest market trends and technological advances in the field of Architecture. Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of total work experience in a related field.
