Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage alteration and renovation projects
• Ensure timely completion and quality standards
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors.
• Assist in supervising building construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records of project progress, including photographs, reports, and correspondence.

Requirement:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in building construction, alteration, or renovation projects.
