BU Operations

You will be responsible for performing various Business Operation/PMO activities. You will be required to develop actionable insights to support business decisions. Additionally, you will prepare Financial and Operational models and reports to aid in decision-making. You will analyze financial reports and create analysis reports based on them. Presentation preparation for senior leadership will also be part of your responsibilities. You should be willing to upskill as needed for projects and business requirements and work enthusiastically in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ad hoc activities related to business operations will also be assigned to you. It is important to adhere to organizational standards for data governance and quality. The ideal candidate should possess good Analytical Skills and have advanced proficiency in Excel. Excellent Email Writing skills are required. Knowledge of Excel Macros & Power BI is preferred. Strong Communication, Problem-solving, and Critical thinking skills are essential. A good understanding of Financial concepts is required. A Graduate degree in Finance/Business Analysis is preferred.
