Role Overview: As a Transition Management & Service Management Manager at EY, you will have the opportunity to lead projects effectively, demonstrate project management expertise, and ensure high-quality service delivery. Your responsibilities will include internal project management, client communication, staff management, and process improvement. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior colleagues and ensuring compliance with policies and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Lead one large or two small-to-medium projects effectively without intensive oversight - Manage project communication with clients and vendors, including logistical and administrative matters - Temporarily lead projects in the absence of seniors and think creatively about project quality improvement - Manage all aspects of a project including staff management, performance metrics, quality, deadlines, and financial performance tracking - Spot, address, and escalate non-substantive issues within the project team - Innovate and improve document review processes and techniques - Maximize platform reporting and tracking ability - Provide accurate scoping of new projects and communicate effectively with clients - Mentor non-managerial junior colleagues - Demonstrate strong project management skills, client-facing skills, and expertise in e-discovery platforms - Effortlessly manage deadlines and perform a Senior Manager's role in their absence - Display good judgment in escalating issues and form relationships with clients and external stakeholders Qualifications Required: - Strong project management skills with a firm grasp of processes and metrics - Excellent client and external party-facing skills - Proficiency in e-discovery platforms and relevant technology - Strong presentation and training skills - Ability to manage deadlines without delays - Strong subject matter expertise and adaptability to learn new subjects - Degree or Master's Degree in any stream - Preferred experience as a project manager or client coordinator Company Information: At EY, we are dedicated to building a better working world by creating new value for clients, people, society, and the planet.
